Understanding your allowances
The message allowance counts outgoing QORLYNT messages across connected channels. Scheduled messages count when queued for delivery; later cancellation does not refund the allowance. Meta fees are separate.
AI tokens measure the text processed, including questions, context and answers. Long conversations use more than short ones, so tokens do not represent a fixed number of conversations.
Check your usage under Subscription & usage. If an allowance cannot cover another action, that action is blocked. Review your plan or available additional allowances.
Voice packages
AI call answering with appointment booking and callback requests. All packages share one phone number and one allowance. Multiple quantities available.

Connected providers such as Meta, Stripe, Google, Microsoft, Twilio or OpenAI have their own processing locations and privacy terms.

Can AI book an appointment directly?
Yes. With AI enabled and a channel connected, it can suggest available appointments and book after customer confirmation. Booking rules, team members and calendar availability are considered. Your team can take over conversations at any time.
What costs are additional to my plan?
WhatsApp provider fees are charged through your own Meta account. Each plan lists its message, booking and AI allowances. Voice starts at €30 per month in addition to your base plan and includes its own call allowance. Your existing telephone provider may charge for forwarding. Personal setup is an optional one-time €99 service.
