Understanding your allowances

The message allowance counts outgoing QORLYNT messages across connected channels. Scheduled messages count when queued for delivery; later cancellation does not refund the allowance. Meta fees are separate.

AI tokens measure the text processed, including questions, context and answers. Long conversations use more than short ones, so tokens do not represent a fixed number of conversations.

Check your usage under Subscription & usage. If an allowance cannot cover another action, that action is blocked. Review your plan or available additional allowances.

Voice packages

AI call answering with appointment booking and callback requests. All packages share one phone number and one allowance. Multiple quantities available.

Voice Start: 300 minutes per month; €30.00 monthly, including 19% VAT
Voice Plus: 600 minutes per month; €55.00 monthly, including 19% VAT
Voice Pro: 1200 minutes per month; €110.00 monthly, including 19% VAT

Voice is a separate subscription: monthly or annually at 12 times the monthly price. Minutes always renew monthly. Purchase after activating the base plan; an active base plan is required. Try Voice in your browser for 20 minutes once. Bookings and callbacks are simulated only. Active access or an ongoing trial required.
